Now when you pay using your MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express, you will be assessed a flat fee for each service. No more confusing percentages. Just one flat fee for each transaction. The new fee allows you to know the exact amount you'll pay, before you pay.

These fees cover the cost of processing your payment by credit card through MyFloridaCounty.com. The Clerk of Court who receives the payment does not receive any of these fees.

PLEASE NOTE: Payments made online are AUTOMATICALLY sent for disbursement to recipients and MAY NOT BE CANCELLED OR REFUNDED by MyFloridaCounty.com. Payments submitted by 3:00 p.m. EST will be processed within two days following receipt.

WARNING
In accordance with Chapter 817 and 832 of Florida Statutes, committing a fraudulent transaction through computer services, use of stolen credit card or financial information is a criminal offense. If fraud is committed through the use of this service, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

For security purposes, the IP address of your computer is being captured and stored for protection against computer fraud.
